Elytrion Growth Ventures requires users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of account eligibility and compliance. This process involves the collection of identity documents and personal information.

KYC verification information — including government-issued identification images, selfies, tax identification numbers, and proof documents — is stored in a private, non-publicly accessible storage environment. These documents are not visible to other users and are only accessible to authorised management personnel for the purpose of reviewing and approving verification applications.

Access to uploaded identity documents is restricted. Management reviewers access these documents through time-limited signed URLs generated server-side, meaning documents are never served through permanent public links.

Sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers (SSN) or equivalent tax identifiers is stored only to the extent necessary for verification. Where displayed to internal management, such values are masked to show only partial information (for example, the last four digits only).

Users should only submit KYC information through the designated secure forms within the application and should never share identity documents through unverified channels.

When you submit a deposit request, we collect information about the amount, payment method (such as cryptocurrency), wallet type, and any proof-of-payment image you upload. Proof-of-payment images are stored in a private, non-public storage bucket and are accessible only to authorised management personnel for the purpose of reviewing your deposit request.

When you submit a withdrawal request, we collect information about the amount, the source of funds (such as available balance, ROI, or bonus), your preferred withdrawal method, and your destination details (such as a bank account description or cryptocurrency address). This information is used solely to process your withdrawal request.

All financial adjustments made by authorised management are recorded in an append-only audit log that captures the amount, type, reason, and the identity of the management user who performed the action.

Elytrion Growth Ventures does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers. Cryptocurrency transactions occur externally; we collect reference information and proof images only.

Our application uses cookies and similar session technologies primarily for authentication and session management purposes. These are provided by our authentication infrastructure (Supabase) and are necessary for maintaining your logged-in state across pages and sessions.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies for marketing purposes. Third-party services integrated into our application (such as live chat and market data widgets) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, doing so may prevent you from accessing authenticated areas of the application.

Our application integrates with third-party services to provide certain functionality. These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Account credentials, profile data, transaction records, and uploaded documents are stored using Supabase infrastructure.

Vercel

Our application is deployed on Vercel. Vercel may process technical request information such as IP addresses and request headers as part of serving the application.

TradingView

We embed TradingView chart and market screener widgets to provide live market data and chart analysis. These widgets are served by TradingView and are subject to TradingView's privacy policy. We do not pass personal account information to TradingView.

Smartsupp

We use Smartsupp to provide a live chat support function. Smartsupp may collect information about your browser session and any messages you send through the chat widget, subject to Smartsupp's own privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party providers whose services you access through our application.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

• Authentication controls and session management provided by Supabase Auth
• Server-side authorisation checks on all sensitive API routes
• Role-based access restrictions so management functionality is only available to authorised users
• Private (non-public) storage for sensitive uploaded documents such as identity documents and deposit proof images
• Short-lived signed URLs for internal document access, preventing permanent public exposure
• Separation of user-facing and management API operations
• Secure transmission of data using HTTPS/TLS protocols

While we take data security seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain your account and provide the services you have requested
• Keep records of your transaction and deposit/withdrawal history
• Maintain KYC verification records for compliance and audit purposes
• Maintain the append-only audit log of financial adjustments
